Example welcome email

Hey {name},

We have received the signed agreement and your first payment and now it’s time to get to work! We have already started preparations for your project and our goal is to make a big push during this first week to give us a head start.

With that said, we need a few things from you:

  1. Please complete our kickoff questionnaire sometime in the next 2 days. (This is essential for us to get the project started)
  2. Please book a kickoff call within the next 3-4 days so we can coordinate and get off on the right foot. (This call should only take 30-40 minutes)

As a reminder, our goal launch date is {xx/xx/xxxx}. On our kickoff call we will break this down into phases so you have a clear overview of the entire project. Looking forward to chatting on our kickoff call!
